The experience at the dealership is always pleasant. The appointment has been made by phone. Upon arrival the vehicle is immediately taken into the service area where the requested pool change tire rotation and a couple of minor items are reviewed. These services are performed in a timely manner while I wait in the very comfortable waiting area. When the work has been completed I am notified, I pay and am on my way.

Excellent Service excellent Technicians ,Staff , and Management

I dropped off my GMC and left the service department a list of what I needed done. One item was to apply touch up paint to TWO rust spots. I called at the end of the next day to see if my truck was ready and was told that you wanted to keep the truck overnight so the paint could dry good as rain was expected. I was fine with that. When I came to pick up at the end of the next day. The rust spots had not been painted. I had supplied the paint touch up kit.
