Always take care of my needs when I bring my vehicle for service

Painless experience!

I received professional courteous service.

I looked into purchasing a vehicle from Bareford GMC as they were the closest one that had a vehicle I was interested in. There were some of the typical pricing games, where they gave me a sheet displaying "selling price" that was a bit different from their web advertised pricing for the vehicle. Upon discussing with them, it wasn't difficult to correct. They also negotiated to reach an deal acceptable to me. A big plus to the sales team for their actions on the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. It was getting late and my wire transfer was delayed. Once it finally came in, they jumped through hoops to complete everything before closing for the day. The manager said "we will make it happen". Which was great as I live over an hour away from the dealership. The sales person even came in on his day off to give me the vehicle walkthrough. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I lived closer to have them service my vehicle.

Diagnosed, obtained part immediately, set appointment and installed new part quickly on my new Acadia.

I dropped off my GMC and left the service department a list of what I needed done. One item was to apply touch up paint to TWO rust spots. I called at the end of the next day to see if my truck was ready and was told that you wanted to keep the truck overnight so the paint could dry good as rain was expected. I was fine with that. When I came to pick up at the end of the next day. The rust spots had not been painted. I had supplied the paint touch up kit.

The salesman was thorough and helpful. I got a good price on the vehicle and a good value on my trade in. The deal was done before I ever went to the dealership. The paperwork was quick and painless as possible. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

All personnel that I had contact with in Service and Sales extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Waiting area always clean and comfortable.

Good experience

I had made a 8 o’clock appointment online, but it didn’t show up on your end. Mr . Coates worked around that and got me taken care of immediately. He went above and beyond. Thanks again.

Prompt. On time. Very polite. Willing to make an appointment at a time that worked for us.

Had a warranty issue and they got it diagnosed and the part in a couple days later and all is repaired and driving great.

My only complaint is that my dash screen no longer showed the information that I prefer. I returned to Bareford but they still couldn’t return the screen to the original screen I’d enjoyed since my purchase.

Repair was made in a timely manner while I waited.
